General terms and conditions of use of the site and services offered
Use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented unilaterally at any time by the company EXPAT STUDENT. Users of the site are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis. The new clauses will govern all relations between the parties for the future, and only the new version shall be binding between them.
Definitions

User: any natural or legal person who logs onto the site
Company: Expat Student
Content: All elements making up the information present on the site, in particular texts, images, and videos.
Intellectual property
All data of any kind whatsoever, and in particular texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, trademarks, software, and site features appearing on the Site are necessarily protected by copyright, trademark law and all other intellectual property rights, and belong to the company or third parties having authorised the company to exploit them.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, except with the prior written authorisation of the company.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered to constitute an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
Site access
Access to the Site is free and is ensured in a continuous and permanent manner, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond the control of the Company, and subject to any potential breakdowns and technical interventions, maintenance, and updates necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Neither the site nor the host can be held responsible in the event of a malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer and telephony equipment linked in particular to network congestion preventing access to the server.
Any creation of a hyperlink from a website to the Site shall be subject to the express and prior authorisation of the Company, and this authorisation may be withdrawn by the Company at any time without having to justify its decision to withdraw.
Expat Student reserves the right to request the removal of any hyperlink to this site, without having to justify its decision to do so.
Responsibility
The purpose of the site is to provide information concerning all the company's activities. The company endeavours to provide reliable and qualitative information on the site, but this is given for guidance only. The company cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in updating, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners who provide it with this information. The company does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or exhaustiveness of the information broadcast on the site, nor the conformity of said information with the use that Users wish to make of it.
Consequently, Users acknowledge that they use this information at their own exclusive risk.
The company cannot therefore be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by Users or third parties arising from the information published on the Site, or more generally, from the consultation and use of the Site.
Furthermore, the company exercises no control over other sites linked to the Site via hypertext links, and declines all responsibility related to these sites and the content found therein.
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the required specifications, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Governing law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of the site is subject to French law.
Any dispute arising from the performance or interpretation of these general terms and conditions requires the parties to come together and attempt to find an amicable solution to their dispute before referring the matter to the competent court. Failing an amicable agreement, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Nanterre.
